April 16, 2014Spring had come, and still the ground was too wet for a perk test. The weeds were starting to grow, and I didn't want to lose all the work I had done clearing the land. I took my lawnmower to the property and mowed. These photos were taken April 16, 2014 after mowing with a lawnmower for the first time:

April 23, 2014A week later the time had arrived. The perk test could be done. We met with the inspector from the Health Department. He studied the soil and the layout of the land. It passed!

April 29, 2014I closed the purchase on April 29, 2014. Late that afternoon after the closing I went to the property and took these three shots. Finally it was mine!
