At the end of 2016 we still were not ready to build a house. In fact, family developments had started to make that prospect appear doubtful. We still loved the property and wanted to continue enjoying it, so I decided to buy another camper. I found a nice one and placed it on the property on February 20, 2017. Here's how it looked that day. |

By July we were once again enjoying a fantastic view from the new, higher location. This is the camper we still are using on the property.

Now we are thinking we should have a deck!

Another amenity was to hard-plumb the camper's sewer to the septic system. No more flexible tubing for dumping.

Some steps down to the beach were called for.

It all makes for a fabulous home site or a great camp!
