Having moved from the area, we find that the time has come to sell our little corner of paradise. If you are looking at this webpage, chances are that you somehow learned of the auction sale coming up on July 15, 2023. Let me show you the property and tell you our story of owning and developing this wonderful spot.
I was there June 15, 2023 to mow the lawn and look after the property. After mowing the lawn, I did a little walk-around, snapping these photos with my phone. The property can't help but be gorgeous in springtime. Have a look.

But I'm getting ahead of myself. What you see is how the property looked on June 15, 2023. There was a lot of work, a lot of adventure, and a lot of fun to get it to this point.
